WilCo Plat Watch

For people who live in Taylor, Hutto or Georgetown and want to know what’s next

See what’s being built near you — before the bulldozers show up.

New subdivisions, apartments, warehouses, data centers and rezonings, on one map, in plain English. Every project shows when the city heard it, how it was voted, and the meeting video.

Then $9.99 a month. Cancel any time before day 7 and you won’t be charged.

Stop finding out from the sign in the field.

The city posts every project in agenda packets hundreds of pages long. We read them and put it all in one place you can actually use.

What’s coming

Every subdivision, apartment complex, shopping center, warehouse and data center the city has heard — on a map, with a plain-English summary of what’s proposed.

Where it stands

Filed, recommended, approved, denied or tabled. See every meeting a project was on and how it went.

Watch it yourself

Each meeting links straight to the city’s video, so you can hear the discussion without sitting through three hours.

Questions.

Is this the city’s website?

No. Plat Watch is independent. Everything comes from public records — the city’s agendas, agenda packets, minutes and meeting video — and every project links back to the city’s own documents.

Which cities are covered?

Taylor (history back to May 2021), Hutto and Georgetown (back to October 2023), with Round Rock and Cedar Park next. Your plan includes the city you pick when you join; add others for $4.99/month each from your account.

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of full Neighbor access. Your card is charged $9.99 on day 8 and each month after. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

How do I cancel?

Log in, open Account, and cancel your plan. No phone call needed.

Does Plat Watch take sides on projects?

No. It reports what was filed, what was decided and where to find the source. What you do with that is up to you.

Is this legal advice?

No. It’s an organized record of public meetings. Always confirm details with the city before relying on any single entry.
